All rates are Per Person, payable US Dollars. If you are traveling without a planned roommate to the ALR and wish to REDUCE costs, we can match you with another NAFDMA member who is also looking for a roomshare. Simply give us some guidelines on your registration form.

Space is limited! Registrations will be first-paid, first served. We recommend that you register on-line using our secure payment option.

If you prefer to pay by hardcopy form and pay by check, please download the Registration Form. Instructions for sending your payment are included on the form.

Cancellation Policy: All attendees will be required to pay the full registration fee. We are unable to prorate fees and therefore cannot give credit for underutilized transportation, missed hotel nights, skipped meals, or similar. A full refund of registration fees will be made if written cancellation notice is provided before July 6, 2016. A 50% refund will be given if cancellation notice is provided between July 7 and July 14, 2016. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER JULY 15 OR FOR “NO SHOWS.”
